Do I have to pay anything to start?
There's no opening fee. You start with a $200 limit (about 10 orders of $20): when you receive your orders you pay 40% and the rest within 7 days. As you keep up, you pay less on delivery and your limit grows to $2,000.

Is it safe? Who is Kreko?
Kreko has worked with neighborhood stores since 2020. Our team has over 20 years in consumer goods; we run stores in Colombia and are opening in Venezuela. We're Venezuelans who came back to help rebuild the traditional channel.
How often do goods arrive?
Up to twice a week: Tuesdays and Fridays. Your neighbors' orders arrive at your home on the next delivery day. If you need more days, we adjust.
Who delivers to my neighbors?
The goods arrive at your home and your neighbors come pick up their order and pay you right there. Ideally you don't have to go out delivering, but if you choose to, you can take it to them.
What do I need to start?
A valid ID, a phone with WhatsApp and Pago Móvil, a safe space at home to keep the goods for 1 to 3 days, and a network of connected neighbors placing at least 5 orders per shipment.
Can I have my own store later?
Yes. If you pay on time for about 6 months, you can apply for credit to open your own Kreko store.
